Refund Policy
Cancellations
Orders that have not yet shipped may be canceled upon request.
A 10% restocking fee will apply to all canceled orders. This fee may be waived, if the refund is issued as store credit.
Abuse of Preorder Privileges: We monitor cancellation history. Customers who demonstrate a history of canceling preorders may have their preorder privileges permanently revoked and will no longer be allowed to participate in future preorders.
We strongly encourage customers to reach out with any questions before placing an order - our team is happy to help ensure you make the right purchase the first time.
Returns
To maintain competitive pricing and exceptional service, we accept returns under strict conditions. Most items are considered final sale.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
- Items must be returned in their original condition (sealed, if originally sealed) and in the original packaging.
- Returns will not be accepted for cosmetic packaging imperfections or issues that do not affect product usability.
- Sealed trading card products are not eligible for return under any circumstance.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return.
Refunds are issued within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items.

Lowest Price Guarantee
We’re dedicated to offering you the best deal available exclusively on our website.
If the price of a pre-ordered product on our site drops between the time you place your order and the day it ships, you will be automatically refunded the difference—matching the price displayed at time of shipping.
This refund adjustment will be applied on the day your item ships.
Additionally, if prices increase after you’ve placed your order, rest assured that your price remains locked in.
We will never cancel your order or charge you more due to market price changes. Your original purchase price is guaranteed.
Market Price Manipulation Exception: The above price guarantee is a courtesy for good-faith customers.
In the event that a customer has a history of canceling preorders due to market price fluctuations, we reserve the right to cancel any of their active preorders at our discretion in response to market price changes.
Please note that this guarantee applies solely to the product’s base price on our website.
It does not include additional charges such as shipping, handling, taxes, or processing fees, nor does it extend to promotional bundle deals, discounts, limited-time offers, prices offered by third-party retailers, or external websites.
If your order includes items with different release dates, we may apply your lowest price refund toward the additional shipping costs incurred from sending multiple packages to complete your order.

Preorders & Release Dates
We typically ship preorder items on or shortly after their official release dates, not prerelease dates. This allows time for processing and preparation as inventory arrives in staggered shipments from multiple distributors.
Please note that estimated arrival dates are subject to change due to manufacturer or distributor delays. We always provide the most accurate information available but cannot guarantee release timelines.
Combined Orders
If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, the entire order will ship once all items are available. If you’d like in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
Already placed a combined order? Contact us at info@geekerygames.com to request a split shipment - additional shipping fees will apply.
Split Shipments & Partial Fulfillment
We may offer partial fulfillment at our sole discretion, particularly for high-demand items. In some cases, we’ll apply your Lowest Price Guarantee refund to help cover additional shipping costs involved.
Delivery Times
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 1–5 business days, depending on your location relative to Arizona.
Handling Times
We ship Monday–Friday. Handling time is typically 0–3 business days from when items become available.
Payment Capture
Payment is captured at the time the order is placed. If you are unsure about committing to a preorder, we recommend waiting to avoid incurring the 10% restocking fee should you later cancel.
By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this policy.
Missing or Damaged Components

Unclaimed or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to sender and the customer does not respond to our contact attempts regarding reshipment within 14 days, it will be considered unclaimed. Unclaimed packages are handled in accordance with our standard return and restocking policies.
Refunds for unclaimed or refused shipments will reflect:
- All applicable restocking fees, and
- Any additional shipping costs incurred by Geekery Games.
These amounts may be deducted from the total refund issued.
Preorders and Policy Updates
Preorders placed before October 20, 2025 remain under the original shipping terms in effect at the time of purchase. Updated shipping rates and policies apply to new orders placed after that date.
