When I bought these sleeves, I had order one box for a commander deck. Unfortunately, one of the sleeves was badly creased during the packing process, as I saw that the flap on the sleeve box had a crease in a similar place as the sleeve that got messed up. This was very likely an issue that occurred in the packing process of the sleeves before the box had landed in Geekery Games’ hands. I reached out to Geekery Games to ask if this is something I should handle with Dragon Shield drirectly, but they took it upon themselves to replace my sleeves free of charge. The same night I had sent a message, the order was placed, and the next morning the new sleeves had shipped. I’m very pleased with Geekery Games’ customer service and would definitely purchase from them again!
