Cancellations
Orders that have not yet shipped may be canceled upon request.
A 10% restocking fee will apply to all canceled orders. This fee may be waived, if the refund is issued as store credit.
We strongly encourage customers to reach out with any questions before placing an order. Our team is happy to help ensure you make the right purchase the first time.
Returns
To maintain competitive pricing and exceptional service, we accept returns under strict conditions.
Most items are considered final sale.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

Items must be returned in their original condition (sealed, if originally sealed) and in the original packaging.

Returns will not be accepted for cosmetic packaging imperfections or issues that do not affect usability.

Sealed trading card products are not eligible for return under any circumstance.

Final sale items are not eligible for return.
Refunds are issued within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items.

Unclaimed or Returned to Sender Packages
If a package is returned to sender and the customer does not respond to our outreach within 14 days, it will be treated as unclaimed.
Unclaimed packages are subject to our standard return and restocking policies.
Refunds for unclaimed or refused shipments will reflect all applicable restocking fees and any additional shipping costs incurred.
These amounts may be deducted from the total refund issued.
Missing or Damaged Components
If your sealed product arrives with missing or damaged internal components, please contact the manufacturer directly for a resolution.

Shipping Policy
Preorders & Release Dates
We typically ship preorder items on or shortly after their official release dates, not prerelease dates.
This allows time for processing and preparation as inventory arrives in staggered shipments from multiple distributors.
Please note that estimated arrival dates are subject to change due to manufacturer or distributor delays.
We always provide the most accurate information available but cannot guarantee release timelines.
Combined Orders
If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, the entire order will ship once all items are available.
If you’d like in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

Contact us at info@geekerygames.com to request a split shipment - additional shipping fees will apply.
Split Shipments & Partial Fulfillment
We may offer partial fulfillment at our discretion, particularly for high-demand items.
In some cases, we’ll apply your Lowest Price Guarantee refund to help cover additional shipping costs involved.
Delivery Times
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 1–5 business days, depending on your location relative to Arizona.
Handling Times
We ship Monday–Friday.
Handling time is typically 0–3 business days from when items become available.
Lowest Price Guarantee
We’re dedicated to offering you the best deal available exclusively on our website.
If the price of a preordered product on our site drops between the time you place your order and the day it ships, you’ll automatically be refunded the difference, matching the price at the time of shipping.
This adjustment will be processed on the day your item ships.
If prices increase after you’ve placed your order, rest assured - your price remains locked in.
We will never cancel your order or charge you more due to market price increases. Your original purchase price is guaranteed.
Please note this guarantee applies only to the product’s base price on our website. It does not include shipping, taxes, handling, or bundle discounts, and it does not extend to prices offered by third-party retailers or external websites.
If you believe we missed a lowest-price refund, please email info@geekerygames.com within 14 days of shipment and we’ll be happy to assist.
Payment Capture
Payment is captured at the time the order is placed.
If you are unsure about committing to a preorder, we recommend waiting to avoid incurring the 10% restocking fee should you later cancel.
By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this policy.
Policy Updates
Updated shipping rates apply to new orders placed after October 20, 2025.
Preorders placed prior to this date remain under the original shipping terms in effect at the time of purchase.
